5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing, cancellations or late changes may result in fees related to labour scheduling, materials, preparation, mobilization, or other committed costs. Any applicable terms will be outlined in writing.

Any warranty coverage (if offered) will be described in your written agreement. Normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, chemical exposure, impact damage, moisture issues, substrate movement, or conditions outside recommended specifications may limit or void warranty coverage.
